Law

In a course on Law, students are exposed to the various aspects of the legal system, including its Rule of Law, Legality, Forms, Procedures, and more. They will also learn about the history of the legal system and the different philosophical and historical approaches to its study. They will also learn about the various legal systems in various societies and cultures, including Egyptian, Chinese, and common law. Some courses also focus on more contemporary legal systems, including civil law, Scandinavian, and Soviet law.

Procedures

Procedural law is the body of rules that govern court procedures and enforce the rights of individuals and collective bodies. These rules govern jurisdiction, pleading, practice, evidence, appeal, execution of judgments, representation of counsel, and more.
